Welcome to Six Degree Interiors! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our turnkey interior design services. By engaging with Six Degree Interiors, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please read these carefully before entering into any agreement with us.
1. Services Offered
Six Degree Interiors provides comprehensive turnkey interior design services, which include but are not limited to:
- Initial design consultations
- Interior space planning
- Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection
- Design renderings and concept development
- Project management and coordination with third-party vendors
- Procurement and installation services
These services are subject to the specific scope and terms outlined in the signed agreement between Six Degree Interiors and the client.
2. Project Scope and Pricing
2.1 Proposal & Estimate
A detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timelines, and pricing will be provided upon the completion of the initial consultation. Any modifications to the scope of work or additional requests may incur additional charges.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or the suspension of services.
2.3 Changes to Scope
Any changes to the original project scope must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional costs may apply for changes made after project approval.
3. Timeline and Deliverables
3.1 Project Schedule
Six Degree Interiors will work diligently to adhere to the proposed project schedule. However, the timeline may be subject to change due to factors outside of our control, such as delays from third-party vendors, product availability, or changes requested by the client.
3.2 Deliverables
All design concepts, plans, and project deliverables will be provided as outlined in the agreement. The client will have the opportunity to review and request reasonable revisions to the design deliverables.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide Six Degree Interiors with access to the property and any necessary materials or information in a timely manner. The client is also responsible for making prompt decisions to ensure that the project proceeds according to schedule.
5. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors
5.1 Third-Party Services
Six Degree Interiors may recommend third-party contractors, suppliers, or vendors for specific aspects of the project. While we will coordinate and oversee their work, Six Degree Interiors is not liable for the performance, delays, or quality of work provided by third parties.
5.2 Liability
Clients may choose to contract with third-party vendors directly. In such cases, Six Degree Interiors is not responsible for any issues arising from services or products provided by third-party vendors.
6. Materials and Warranties
6.1 Product Sourcing
All materials, furnishings, and products selected by Six Degree Interiors are subject to availability. If any items become unavailable, we will offer alternative selections for approval.
6.2 Warranties
Six Degree Interiors does not provide warranties for any products, materials, or services provided by third-party vendors. Clients are encouraged to review the terms of any manufacturer warranties.
7. Ownership of Designs
All designs, renderings, drawings, and concepts produced by Six Degree Interiors remain the intellectual property of the company. The client may not use or distribute any design materials for purposes other than the agreed-upon project without written consent.
8. Cancellation and Termination
8.1 Cancellation by Client
The client may cancel the project at any time. However, any work completed up until the date of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid in full by the client.
8.2 Termination by Six Degree Interiors
Six Degree Interiors reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to comply with the terms of the contract, including but not limited to failure to make payments, causing unreasonable delays, or impeding the progress of the project.
9. Liability and Indemnity
Six Degree Interiors will take all reasonable care to ensure the quality of services provided. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by third-party vendors, unforeseeable circumstances, or events outside of our control. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Degree Interiors from any claims arising from the use of third-party services or materials.
10. Confidentiality
Six Degree Interiors will not disclose any confidential or personal information provided by the client, except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any agreements with Six Degree Interiors are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction. Any disputes or legal proceedings related to our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
